Eqivest handles buyer, investor, and opportunity data with strict minimisation. The product is designed so private applicant detail stays behind controlled review workflows.
What we collect
We collect account profile details, workspace metadata, opportunity inputs, affordability signals, investor suitability answers, payment-state references, and support messages needed to operate the platform.
How data is used
Data is used to create deposit raises, review opportunities, assess risk, record compliance gates, and reconcile Stripe-backed payment events. We do not sell personal data.
Access and controls
Production access is scoped by workspace and role. Sensitive details should only be visible to authorised review, compliance, and support workflows.
