Data collection
EqiVest collects only the data required to deliver the platform: account profile information, activity metadata, documents and metrics uploaded by users, and support interactions. We do not sell or broker your data.
Usage
Data powers in-product insights, workflow automation, and investor reporting. Access is scoped to your workspace and controlled via role-based permissions. Product analytics are aggregated and anonymized.
Security & compliance
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, undergo regular penetration testing, and maintain SOC 2 Type II aligned controls. Customer data is stored in region-specific environments upon request.

Administrators can configure retention policies, request exports, or delete data at any time by contacting privacy@eqivest.com.
